Send an email to a patient's primary email address

This endpoint allows you to send an email in the same format as other system-generated emails (with your logo at the top and practice information at the bottom). This will look identical to emails sent to patients by clicking on their email address from the Patient Information block in the EMR.

Please note: All dates listed (creation times, sign dates, date of service, update-times) are listed in UTC, so you'll want to adjust for your local timezone.
