Get all allergies for a patient

Returns a list of all allergies recorded for a patient. Allergies can be one of three types:

• Medication — A specific drug (sourced from the medication database). The code_set will be ndc and the code will be the drug's NDC code.
• Medication Class — A class of medications (e.g. Penicillins). The code_set is generally va-class (VA drug classification) but other values are possible. The code will be the corresponding class code.
• General — A non-medication allergen (e.g. Latex, Peanuts). The code_set and code will vary depending on how the allergen is coded in the system, and code may be null if no code is assigned.

The scope field indicates the breadth of the allergy:

• Specific — The allergy is to the specific drug formulation only.
• All — The allergy applies to all formulations of the drug.
• Class Members — The allergy applies to all members of the medication class.
• Empty string — Scope is not applicable (used for General type allergens).
