Get forwarding event by ID

Returns a single forwarding event by its internal ID. The response includes details about the cross-domain token transfer such as destination domain, destination address and forwarding address, and the inputs: deposits to the forwarding address since its previous forwarding (MsgSend, Hyperlane and IBC transfers).
