Download a file from a project

Streams a file from the machine holding your project.

Send this to dataPlane.url with Authorization: Bearer {dataPlane.token}. Prefer this over the control-plane downloadProjectFile for large files: the bytes travel directly rather than through the API server, with a 30-minute window rather than 15.

A file belonging to a different project is served only when your project has an active include referencing it — the same rule the editor follows.
