Get a run's trace

Retrieve the raw OpenTelemetry trace associated with a simulation run.

Before calling this tool, retrieve the run with runs_bulk_retrieve and confirm that its trace_id is non-empty; an empty trace_id means no trace is available. Pass the run's integer id, not its provider call identifier or its trace_id.
