Scalar may list this operation under multiple video model groups, but they all point to the same real callable route: POST /v1/videos. The response returns a task_id; poll GET /v1/videos/{task_id} for the result.

Requests using Seedance official public assets are subject to enforced limits: New users: 3 requests per day. Paid users: 20 requests per day, 1 RPM, and 1 concurrent task. HTTP 429 responses include Retry-After. Repeated upstream real-person, copyright, or content-safety rejections automatically suspend official-asset generation for the account; systemic failures temporarily open a circuit breaker.
