Submit an authorized real-person asset

Requires a verified enrollment owned by the current account and explicit authorization confirmation. The server binds ownership and the verified upstream group; clients cannot supply either. source_url must be HTTPS and is sent to the official asset service without being retained locally. The accepted asset starts as Processing and cannot be used for generation until refreshed to Active.
