Returns the count of confirmed subscribers for the account. Cheap and cacheable. Requires alerts.read. Note: this counts every subscriber that has ever confirmed and is not decremented on unsubscribe, so it can exceed the size of GET /v1/subscribers?status=confirmed (which additionally excludes unsubscribed rows).
