Add a development origin

Registers a local or preview origin for board sign-in, for example from a deploy pipeline as each preview is created. Adding an origin that is already registered returns it with 200.

Where sign-in may complete while you test a self-hosted frontend: http://localhost:<port> (or 127.0.0.1 / [::1]), one exact https:// origin such as a preview deployment, or https://*.<domain> under a domain verified on this board. Wildcards on shared hosting suffixes such as vercel.app are refused; register each preview URL instead.
