Run a batch of blog post operations

Runs up to 50 blog post operations in a single request (5 MB body limit). Each sub-operation runs independently. A publish/unpublish sub-op uses { method: "POST", action: "publish", resourceId } and requires blog.publish. Idempotency keys are honored on the batch itself, not on individual sub-operations.
