Tasks

List tasks.

Tasks are Caspio's scheduled or on-demand automation jobs that run business logic — record inserts, updates and deletes, email and SMS notifications, joins, groupings and aggregations. Names and descriptions are customer-defined (such as SendBirthdayEmails or ArchiveClosedOrders); use this endpoint to list configured tasks before running them.

Query parameters

taskNamestring

Case-insensitive substring filter on the task name.

taskIdstring

Exact-match filter on the task identifier (6-character alphanumeric code).

sortFieldstring

Field to sort by. Valid values: "Name". Default: "Name".

sortDescendingboolean

When true, returns results in descending (Z→A) order. Default: false.

pageNumberinteger

Page number. Default: 1.

pageSizeinteger

Number of items per page. Range: 1–1000. Default: 100.

bridgeAppIdstring

Filters results to tasks associated with the specified Bridge application (GUID).

flexAppIdstring

Filters results to tasks associated with the specified Flex application (GUID).

tableIdstring

Filters results to tasks that reference the specified table (6-character alphanumeric code).

directoryIdstring

Filters results to tasks that reference the specified directory (6-character alphanumeric code).
