Directory Users
Creates multiple directory users.
- Maximum 1000 records per request.
- Each record is processed independently; partial success is possible.
- If echo is false (default), only the PK_ID of each successfully created record is returned.
- If echo is true, the full inserted record is returned for each successfully created record.
- Returns HTTP 201 when all items succeed, or HTTP 207 Multi-Status when any item fails. Each element in Result corresponds — in order — to one record in the request body. Check the Status field on each item (201 = created, 4xx/5xx = failure).
