Export a skill as an installable filesystem tree for sandbox runtimes. Authenticated org-scoped custom skills are resolved before curated skills. Slugs of merged skills are permanent aliases: they export the surviving skill (slug, root and files describe the target) with redirected_from set to the requested slug.
