Resolve Property

Resolve an address to a Casa-Engine property_id. Lightweight version of /lookup — returns ONLY the UUID + matched address (not the full enrichment payload). The Chrome extension calls this before /api/v1/property/{id} so it can switch to UUID-based lookups without paying the full lookup cost.
