Glance

The binary and the outline, together, in one round trip for the page.

Queensland answers from the zoning we hold. Every other state answers from its own live zoning service, one layer, one request. A state with no service wired in offers no verdict at all rather than inventing a green banner, which is the fault this whole design exists to avoid.

Every call also writes one ci_free_checks row (the intent ledger) and returns its id as check_id beside the resolved property_id, so the page's CTA can carry both to checkout. Without them the fast path never rendered, the buyer was geocoded a second time, and a free check could never be linked to the report it produced (Conversion Recovery Spec §1.9).
