Compose Artefact Pdf

Compile a Casa Planner artefact into a Typst PDF.

Casa Daily generates the artefact CONTENT via Sonnet (in generate_artefact_action) and persists section data to cd_project_artefacts.content. When the user clicks Export PDF or asks Casa AI to compile the artefact, Casa Daily POSTs that content here for Typst rendering.
