Always 403 — bulk data is licensed, not served

This endpoint exists so that asking for bulk data gets a straight answer instead of a 404. It never returns data.

Exports are arranged by hand: pick the modules you need, in the languages you need, optionally with an update subscription. Prices, module list and coverage sheet are published on https://cars-data.com/en/api — the module prices start at €190 and the catalogue module (€490) is always included. Orders are invoiced; there is no instant checkout.

If what you want is the API over the full catalogue rather than a file, that is the Apify Actor: https://apify.com/carsdatacom/car-specs-api
