Recalls listed for a VIN's model year

Resolves the VIN to its model year and returns the campaigns listed for it, Transport Canada and NHTSA each as its own record. Possible recalls, not a VIN-range match: the manufacturer's VIN lookup (SOR/2024-274 s.15.05) or a dealer confirms. NHTSA campaigns are United States records.

Campaigns; resolved: false means the VIN was not resolved to a model year, total: 0 means none listed for it (not a clearance)

resolvedboolean required

False when the VIN is neither in the vehicle graph nor decodable to a model year. recalls is then empty because nothing could be checked, not because the vehicle is clear.

source'observed' | 'decoded'

How the VIN was matched to a model year: 'observed' (the exact VIN is in the vehicle graph) or 'decoded' (the VIN decoder derived it). Campaigns match at the model-year level, not by serial number; absent when resolved is false.
