List Card Grades

List the canonical Card Hedge grades from Supabase.

Omit grader (or pass a blank value) to return all grades, including Raw. Pass grader=PSA to return only PSA grades. Matching is by the full linked grader name, ignoring case and surrounding whitespace; partial names and wildcard patterns are not supported. Unknown graders return an empty list.

Results are ordered by catalog display_order (nulls last), then grade ID. Grade labels are preserved exactly as stored. Use grade in pricing requests. No pagination parameters are needed. Requires X-API-Key.
