Add credentials for an Azure-based API.

Currently, this only applies to Magno Concretos and Cayco, which happen to use the exact same API.

The division ID of the customer

The name of the company as used as a subdomain in the API (provided by the customer)

The username (provided by the customer)

The password (provided by the customer) which will be stored encrypted

Azure API subscription key (provided by the customer)

startDatestring date-time

What date (in the past) to start pulling batching data from
