myCC - Mix Designs

Gets action item for a specific mix design

This is meant for use on the production page for linkage to the mix optimization module. For that reason, this endpoint ONLY SUPPORTS SHIFT ACTION ITEMS! Meaning, it will never return an action item for a CO2 mix design.
