List Prisms

Live prisms matching a filter, each at its current published snapshot.

Pass insight_id, or entity_id (optionally with entity_representation), or both to intersect them. At least one is required: unfiltered, this is every live prism, which is what GET /v2/prisms/catalog already serves.

Several results is the normal case, not an edge. One insight is usually cut across more than one entity group, and one entity appears in prisms for several insights. Callers should expect an array of any length including zero, never exactly one.

Matching runs against what each prism is configured to compute, not against the series it last rendered. The two differ when the warehouse returned no rows for an entity: that entity is dropped from the chart while the prism is still, in every meaningful sense, about it.
