The whole insight corpus in one shot, unfiltered.

The picker fetches once and searches in memory instead of round-tripping per keystroke, so this is unpaginated on purpose. version is also the ETag: a caller holding the current one revalidates into a 304 with no body.

Served from the published store; when nothing is published for the current ontology version the corpus is built live -- but only for the response that actually needs the rows. A conditional request and an already-rendered body are both settled by the version alone, which a single node read resolves, and a live build made to reach either would be discarded whole. Unlike the entity typeahead a live build here is affordable: it is one bulk corpus read per version, not a graph query per keystroke.
