TikTok User Followers API
List a TikTok user's followers — id, secUid, createTime, region, language, cursor pagination.
Pass a TikTok profile URL or @handle and get followers as clean JSON: id + secUid (stable identity — same fields search-users documents), username, displayName, bio, url, followers, following, verified, profileImage, plus createTime/createTimeUnix — and region / language only when TikTok exposes them on the row (keys are omitted, not nulled, when it does not). total is the profile's exact followerCount from statsV2 (universe size) with totalIsApproximate beside it; totalReturned is this page. Cursor pagination via nextCursor + hasMore (TikTok minCursor). Flat 1 credit per call on every path.

Query parameters
TikTok profile URL, @handle, or username, e.g. https://tiktok.com/@username. Not a YouTube channel URL. The URL platform must match this endpoint's platform. Do not pass cross-platform URLs, e.g. YouTube to TikTok, Instagram to Facebook, LinkedIn to X/Twitter, or Pinterest to Rumble.
Max items to return (default 50, max 500). Flat 1 credit per call.
Pagination cursor (TikTok minCursor). Leave empty for the first page; then pass nextCursor from the previous response.
Set true to serve from the 24h response cache (0 credits on hit). Default false — always fetch fresh.
