Facebook Event Details API

Changed on

Get a Facebook event — title, local start/end, timezone, place, host id, and attendance when exposed.

Paste a Facebook event URL and get clean JSON using the shared Event shape: title, description, startDate/endDate as ISO with the host timezone offset (calendar day matches startTime), IANA timezone resolved from venue coordinates when present (else the display-sentence abbreviation — GMT→Europe/London; never Etc/*; null when unknown), duration, eventType (discovery category) + visibility (public|private|…), location{name, city, latitude, longitude, countryCode} (fixed key set — null when unknown), organizers[{id,name, url, verified}], categories, ticketsUrl, and going/interested counts when Facebook exposes them on the logged-out hydrate. An event Facebook does not show logged-out is 404 at 0 credits. Flat 2 credits per call.
