Confidentiality

Record/request the NDA for a session. Requires a declared HUMAN supervisor bound at registration — an agent cannot self-sign. Human-verified actor (inbound_leads.turnstile_token == VERIFIED_HUMAN sentinel OR a genuine Cloudflare "1./0."-prefixed token) CONFIRMS the NDA -> status=confirmed and unlocks NDA-gated endpoints (/matched-names, /infomemo, /search). An agent (not human-verified) only creates a PENDING request (HTTP 202, nda_status=pending) — data STAYS LOCKED, and the supervisor approval email fires (once) to complete the HITL loop. No data unlocks until a human confirms.
