Retired. Refuses with attention_retired.

The attention list retired with the attention engine. Every request refuses with attention_retired and offers the opening, which lists Candor's weekly review areas and gaps, reviews.update to record what came of an area, and a note about the record.

Return only situations in this state, such as deferred to see what returns when. Defaults to every state.

The exact next_cursor a previous page returned. A cursor from an older review, or from before a decision changed the list, is rejected with attention_cursor_stale; read again from the start.
