What we accept and what you owe — pay with no human involved

The entry point for autonomous payment. Free to call and never challenged: an agent has to be able to discover that it is short, and what we accept, before it can decide to pay. accepts is null when x402 is not configured on this deployment, in which case the PayPal flow at /api/v1/billing/topup is the only route and it needs a human. Follow accepts.top_up_url rather than building the URL yourself.
