Create Voice Session

Issue a LiveKit token for a headless AI voice session with an agent.

The developer connects their own LiveKit client with the returned token+url; the voice-agent auto-joins and speaks as the agent. Billing accrues to the agent owner's wallet based on call duration (via report_usage).
