Returns all agents owned by this workspace, newest first. Use limit and offset for pagination. With an ephemeral end-user token (agents:read scope), returns trimmed public cards only (agent_id, name, language, voice_id, public_metadata) — hidden agents excluded, ordered by public_metadata.order.
