Get note version history

Return past snapshots of a note projected from the sync log, ordered newest first. Updates within a 5-minute compaction window collapse into one entry. delete (hard-delete) operations are excluded — they have no body. Use cursor (the nextCursor from the previous response) and limit (default 50, max 100) to paginate.
