Delete a workspace and everything inside it

Permanently deletes the workspace's channels, brains, posts, plans and schedules. Billing records move to a surviving workspace — the plan belongs to the account, not to any one room. Requires the workspace's exact name as confirm, and refuses the account's last workspace.
