Read account-level Threads insights

Calls GET /{threads-user-id}/threads_insights for a connected Threads channel and returns the metrics Meta reports for the account as a whole — reach, engagement, and follower count.

Requires the threads_manage_insights permission. A channel connected before that scope was requested answers 409 and needs reconnecting.
