Update a brand

snake_case only. Unknown fields are rejected with UNKNOWN_FIELDS and nothing is changed — camelCase used to be dropped in silence, so {"legalEntity": …} returned 200 and changed nothing, and the brand looked complete until a carrier said otherwise. A submitted or verified brand is locked.
