List website editor invitations

Lists website editor invitations newest first with cursor pagination (default 20 per page, maximum 100). The default status=pending returns open invitations; use accepted, canceled, or all to inspect invitation history. Cancel a pending invitation with websites.editors.remove and its invitationId.
