Enable DM messaging for a social account

Subscribe the team's Facebook page or Instagram account to Meta DM webhooks and start processing its messages. Connecting or re-authorizing an account never does this on its own. Idempotent. Returns 403 when the organization has not been granted Instagram and Facebook direct messages and automations (email contact@bundle.social to request it), 400 when the account lacks the messaging permissions (reconnect it), and 502 when Meta rejects the subscription; the account then stays DISABLED.
