List marketplace items

Cursor-paginated marketplace listing. Pass meta.pagination.cursor back as the cursor query param to page; stop when hasMore is false. Offset paging (page=) is rejected with PAGE_DEPRECATED. Responses are cached for 5 minutes and carry an ETag — send If-None-Match to get a 304. meta.userContext is present only for authenticated callers.
