Sync Translations

Sync product translations from PrestaShop for a given language. Admin auth required via Bearer token.

L'autorisation passe par require_admin : le rôle est relu en base (et le compte doit être actif), jamais pris dans le claim du jeton. L'ancien contrôle inline appelait auth_service.verify_token, qui n'existe pas — l'ImportError était avalé par un except Exception et l'endpoint répondait 401 en permanence.
