Get a screen's playback and device quality

Returns the quality data the screen's Health tab shows: the content items that played badly in the last 7 days (worst first), how often the player started today and why, and the device health readings from the last 24 hours, such as frame gaps, decoder failures, cache clears and the highest temperature.
