POST /costs/export/csv

Same data as POST /costs/export/json, returned as CSV instead of JSON. The CSV pivots the response into one row per day, with one column per resource ID that appears in the date range. Column count therefore varies depending on the data. See the JSON variant for the full request schema and the exclusive-to caveat.
