Get the caller's holdings, paginated (default 50/page, max 250)

Returns a bounded page of holdings owned by the authenticated account, preserving original transaction Money and immutable FX normalization evidence alongside canonical USD valuation fields. Pending or absent normalization produces null purchase_price_usd and gain fields, never zero. Continue with offset + limit until pagination.has_more is false.
