Update amortization template

Change a template's name or visibility. Omitted fields are left unchanged. At least one field must be supplied. This endpoint does not use an Idempotency-Key: sending one has no effect, and since the update sets the supplied fields to the supplied values, replaying the same request converges on the same state.
