Plan Upload Naming

Name a batch of files BEFORE they are uploaded.

A read — nothing is created — so it is safe to call as the user edits the builder. The upload itself carries the chosen name as the file's own name, which is what both the storage key and the displayed name are derived from, so no separate rename call follows.
