Upload a single skill
Upload a single skill to the Anthropic Skills API.
Required: At least one file must be named SKILL.md and contain valid YAML frontmatter with name and description fields.
Optional extra files: Additional .py, .json, .txt etc. files can be included alongside SKILL.md to give the skill scripts or resources.
Returns the Anthropic skill object including id and latest_version.
