Poll a storyboard image generation task. No user auth.

Headers: x-api-key: <STORYBOARD_API_KEY> (or ?api_key=<STORYBOARD_API_KEY>)

Args: task_id: the id returned from POST /asset/storyboard-images

Returns: dict: task status and result when available - status: "Processing" | "Done" | "Failed" - data: {image_url, model, aspect_ratio, bucket} once Done - error: error details if failed
