Get users by ID (GitHub node IDs or BountyLab IDs)
Changed onFetch GitHub users by their IDs. Accepts both GitHub node IDs (e.g. MDQ6VXNlcjE=) and BountyLab IDs (32-char hex). Returns a positional array matching input order (null for unmatched IDs). Supports batch requests (1-100 IDs). Credits: 1 per non-null result + graph credits.
