Remove a product

Soft-delete a product: it leaves the shop but stays behind old order lines.

A malformed UUID answers 400 validation_failed before resource access; a well-formed unknown UUID or one outside your workspace answers 404.

Order history keeps the product's name and price as they were when sold.
