Reset chances

List active reset chances ordered by expiration, including fully used but unexpired chances. items is empty when no chances apply. available is the sum of remaining chances; next_expires_at is null when none remain. reset_to_units is the target balance for the next use.

RFC 3339 UTC, second precision, ending in Z (2026-09-26T08:00:00Z); no fractional seconds, without +00:00 timezone offsets.

Target balance replenished to by next use (units).
