Lists Deactivation Intents

Returns deactivation requests (only unclaimed stakes) for a given wallet address.

Deactivation requests are stored in the blockchain and provide the user with an unbond nonce for each. Nonces are used to unstake (withdraw) your tokens with Post Withdrawal Intent.
