Send an SMS message from the workspace's provisioned phone number

Send an SMS from the workspace's active Twilio phone number. Billed per segment — 160 chars/segment for ASCII, 70 chars for Unicode. A phone number must be provisioned first (blink phone buy or blink.new/settings). Each message is stored for audit purposes.

Specific sender number (E.164) to use when the workspace owns multiple numbers. Defaults to the workspace's oldest active number.
